FreeNAS GUI Update page won't load

I'm trying to upgrade from 9.3 to 11.1, but I'm having some trouble. The update GUI page won't load in Chrome (it loads fine in Safari), and when I change the update train to FreeNAS-11-STABLE the pending updates still show a bunch of 9.3 stuff and if I click 'Apply Pending Updates', then it loads for a second and then says 'No updates available'.

Any ideas what the problem is?

P.s. I have tried restarting the server.

I did and that's where it was throwing the no pending update error, but I managed to get it to go through and now all pages are also loading properly (and Plex didn't break thankfully).

I'm getting a notification now that I'm on 11.1 and I'm wondering what specifically it means/if I need to do anything about it.
