FreeNAS boot import problem

Does anyone know what this message actually says? Is there a hard drive which is failing or is it just regular volume scan? Problems started yesterday when I rebooted my FreeNAS. The hardware I'm using is HP Microserver gen8, 8GB RAM, 2TB+2TB+8TB.

Update1: I was able to boot using U4 boot environment. On the latest stable enthronement boot process gets stuck, like in picture above.
