Upgrading 9.3 Beta to ... FreeNAS-9.3-BETA-1415991473 cause system to crash.
At boot, it will end up requesting the following:

"init: NSSWITCH(_nsdispatch): files, passwd_compat, endpwent, not found, and no fallback provided.
Enter full pathname of shell or RETURN for /bin/sh:"

Before this line, I get a lot of:
cp: utime: /var/.......: Read-only file systems

Rebooting and reverting to 9.3 Beta Wizard seems to be fine.
How can I troubleshoot this issue?

Setup:
AMD used for a long time as Freenas system.
6 x 1.5TB drives in RAIDZ1

I was running replication from my Xeon to this AMD.
I also performed the same replication task on my desktop: i7-920 with 24GB RAM.
Common element also is that I tried to install CrucibleWDS in a jail, but after reinstalling Grub from fresh, the jail is still present on pool but not present as a loaded pluggin.
So CrucibleWDS shouldn't be the issue.

Also, it seems, when I am able to run Freenas ... the Storage tab doesn't show any pool, not even a text in the main window.
The disks are detected, though. I can't import them.
The volume shows on the left pane under storage.
