FreeNAS 9.10, Plex finds some media, but not all.

I recently installed FreeNAS 11 and had some issues with Plex (folders not appearing in UI requiring typed out addresses and assorted permissions issues) so I rolled back to 9.10.2 and reinstalled Plex following This Guide.

However I'm encountering the same permission error as before where media that appears. I figured it's because of a user error in the jail, but I'm not sure how to resolve it as when I ls -l /mnt in the jail, no users appear.
