FreeNAS-11.1-U6 Incorrect Permissions for SMB share

I have a FreeNAS share that I use for storing torrent downloads from a dedicated windows machine. The torrent machine has its own login and user on FreeNAS, called torrent. Every time I try to delete a folder in the completed directory from my workstation, I get this

The problem is that the user for my workstation, davidv OWNS the folder in FreeNAS permisssions, like this:

If you use windows explorer to view security permissions on the containing folder, you can see that the permission for davidv exists:

But when you look at the subfolder created by the torrent client, the permission DOESN'T exist:

What do I need to do so I always have access like my Volumes say I should.

Under Change permissions (your second screenshot) you didn't check the "set recursive" option.
so the rights are not applicable to folders created in the root folder.

Check that box and try again. It should fix it.
