Folder Permissions not inherited for some users - SMB Share

I have setup my new FreeNas as follows:
0. Created a user admin1 under a group admins and ticked Microsoft account.
1. Created a dataset ds1 type windows
2. Gave the permission > owner as admin1 and owner group as wheel
3. Shared this dataset (SMB Share)
4. In windows 10, using file explorer properties > security > added admin2 full access

Issue:
When admin1 creates any folder under the ds1, permissions are inherited from ds1.
When admin2 creates any folder under the ds1, permissions are NOT inherited from ds1, but copied.

Were you able to resolve this? If not, which build version of FreeNAS (from System -> Information)?
