FreeeNAS-9.10.2-U5

I've just had an egg on face moment. Whilst sorting out permissions on some media recursively, I had a stupid moment when I entered the following: -

Code:
chown -R user:group /*

The user in particular was a limited user for accessing certain media types. I no longer am able to SSH in (but I do have console access via the web front end). I am not restarting the box for obvious reasons. I presume there is no simple fix to reset the permissions so would downloading a system update return the system to a stable condition?

Cheers

Quick update - restarting SSH seemed to have repaired the permissions for the host key and allowed me in. But I am dubious for the whole filesystem now.

Updating to U6 refreshed the whole filesystem with default permissions whilst rightly leaving the dataset untouched. Panic over.
