I have a 2gb EMC fiber channel switch that i would like to make use of to connect my Freenas setup to a couple computers but i can not find a supported network card

-need one pci x card and 2 pci e cards (possibly 2 interface if the price is right)

I would not recommend you Qlogic 23xx cards -- they are too old, and while for the most part they should work, at this moment have some drivers issues. There should be 24xx cards on market for both PCI-X and PCIe slots, and they should work much better.
