Error when adding new users.

Hi Admin Team, could you please help me how to resolve this problem. the scenario is im going to add a new users but when i click ok. this is the error.

"Error:[MiddlewareError:Operation could not be performed. pwd_mkdb:/etc/spwd/.db to/etc/spwd.db.tmp:no space left on the device pw: passwd file update:inappropriate."

Im hoping to get a solution for this one..
