Enabling plugins: The service could not be started

When I try to start the Plugins service, I get the error:

The service could not be started

after a small delay.

I've tried to set it up, but I get to the last step and I'm not sure what a Jail PBI is. In this instance I'm trying to install Transmission, so would I use that PBI file, or another one?

Are you following the instructions at http://www.freenas.org/images/resou....3.1_guide.html#__RefHeading__33325_859822269 ? It describes what a jail PBI is and how to install and configure it.
