I accidentally edited the NIC settings under the networking tab, and now I can't connect to my Freenas server. Do I have to plug in to see it or can I reconnect headless?

This is the screen - I was trying to force my FreeNAS server to have a static IP, instead of doing it through the router like I should have ...

Is there any way to force my FreeNAS server to go back to DHCP mode?

The console menu has an option to (re)configure the network interfaces.
Do you have access to the console, either via IPMI or physically using a keyboard & monitor?

That is the easiest option, connect a monitor to see it, connect a keyboard and then you can reconfigure it from the console.
