Just a sanity check. Im running an LSI 9300-8e (SAS3008) with firmware dev.mpr.1.firmware_version: 15.00.02.00 and FreeNAS driver in 11.1 is dev.mpr.1.driver_version: 18.03.00.00-fbsd

All sound ok?

I would look for a firmware update for the card. I know it isn't always true, but the driver version and firmware version are usually close.
