Download normal, upload super slow after Update

Hello guys,

I recently updated to Freenas 11.2 U6 and installed the Plex app afterwards, since it didn't work after the update. I also defined the nameserver and the gateway so that I could access the Plex server via the web browser.

Shortly after I recognized, that my upload speed to the windows shares of ther sever where super slow and I had a look at the task manager: the connection consists of spices only (see attached image), which go up to about 1 Gbps and down to 0 - the average write speed is about 10 Mbps.
Still, my download speed seems to be stable at high speeds (about 280MB/s, limited by my Windows SSD).
Berforehand I didn't have any trouble with speed whatsoever, write speeds even where as high as 500MB/s. And the issue isn't only from one computer, but also from my other devices - so I assume the issue lies in my server.
Also, if I copy a file from one share to another, the speed is also very high (about 350 MB/s), so it has to do with my network configuration I guess.

I would be super thankful if you guys could help me out. If you need more informations, I'll be happy to proved as much as I can!

Best regards,

Josh

PS: My system specifications are
Intel Pentium CPU G4560 @ 3.50GHz (4 cores)
24 GB of DDR4 RAM
Mellanox 10GBit NIC (direct connection to my workstation)
1 TB Samsung Evo M.2 SSD
15 TB Stripe with 3 harddrives (not the best, but that's what I have..)
Gigabyte Mini-ATX Mainboard

It might be a routing issue as you have 2 different internal networks defined.

Okay thanks, good to know! Although I never had any with the network configuration issues in the last 12 months or so.. but maybe something has changed with a update?
Do you know how I could figure that out?

Running a packet sniffer while reproducing the issue should show where the packets are getting slowed down.
