DLNA or UPnP under FreeNAS 9.10

Hey guys... Here is my question. Is there an option to setup a dlna Server. I read about the miniDLNA Plugin but it doesn't Show up in the plugins list. So am I just stupid or is there no support yet or is there a way to setup dlna without a plugin.

Plex is sucks with use on Samsung SUHD(4K) Smart TV 2016 (older models probaly too) - it can show pictures only in full HD resolution, so MiniDLNA is much better for me...

MiniDLNA works great for the most part but there are file limitations, as in the number of files it can handle. If you have a huge library of music you wanted to host via MiniDLNA, you will run into problems. I have made some work around scripts but they are just work a around. My advice it to try the Plex plugin and setup the DLNA service on it. It would be the easiest thing to try first. If that doesn't work out for you then you can give MiniDLNA a try. Pay attention to the guide and read the last 2 pages in the thread as well, some folks had some odd experiences during the installation and those experiences may help you.
