Disk errors, Smart report

I recently got two red critical errors on two of my drives. Based on similar threads with similar errors I suspect they need to be changed. I would appreciate feedback before i ditch them.

Device: /dev/da9 [SAT], Self-Test Log error count increased from 0 to 1
Device: /dev/da16 [SAT], Self-Test Log error count increased from 0 to 1
Device: /dev/da16[SAT], 1 Currently unreadable (pending) sectors.
Device: /dev/da9[SAT], 8 Offline ucorrectable sectors

The one pending sector on da16 wouldn't worry me too much, but the fact that they're both failing the SMART self-tests would. I'd recommend replacing both disks. I'd also recommend dialing down your SMART test frequency a bit, though I guess every six hours doesn't really hurt anything.
