Just got the alert in my inbox. When I get home I will investigate. Looks like a HD error to me. Can someone confirm.

I have a spare drive laying around the house and an other 2tb WD red on order. Is it ok to swap out the drive and plan to swap it out again when the new drive comes in?

I don't see anything wrong yet, and especially nothing to be in a hurry about.

You have a smart fail log message, but then show no failures. Try smartctl -a /dev/ada2

Those plex signal 10 and signal 11 errors are curious; are you having unexplained crashes on this system?

Plex has been crashing for everyone for the past 5 months so I assume it's from that.

Is there a way to run smart test on all drives on telnet session? Ill do one at a time and report back. I went alead and cleaned out the dust ports on the case.

Plex has been crashing for everyone for the past 5 months so I assume it's from that.

I was just finishing up a download from SABNZB. There should have been some post processing taking place around that time.
