in var/log/messages say this continuos
failed smart self-check. back data now!
but zpool status is ok, is a problem? Or is warning before failure

It appears to be telling you that da15, an SSD, has reached its wear limit. The reason zpool status is clear is because it hasn't noticed any data corruption. The fact that a SMART attribute has reached its limit does not mean you will immediately experience data loss, but it does mean you should at the very least have a cold spare on hand.

Ok, I mean, the ssd is reaching the limit of its life ... but I understand that if everything is ok now and it is a z2, even if that disk fails nothing will happen, simply zpool will be degraded and you can change that disk by another one, It's like this
