I inherited a Dell 730 that had Freenas 11.2 When I attempted to upgrade it, I discovered that it was running with 2 USB drives - 1 GB and 16 GB configured with the 16 GB as a mirror to the 1 GB. I removed the 1 GB and got the 16 GB to function as the boot device and upgraded to 11.4. The reason I haven't upgraded to TrueNAS is because the system won't boot to the USB drive by default. Any ideas on why it would when the drives were mirrored but won't now?
