Setting up my first TrueNAS Core install on a server my brother in law gave to me. He said he had TrueNAS Scale installed on it a couple of years ago but I am running into some issues trying to get the H200 working properly with the system. The TrueNAS Core boot is loaded on a USB drive for now.
The system will boot up just fine with the H200 removed from the system, but with it installed the system reports an error 2 code when trying to create the root pool. From what I could find the H200 already has the IT flash on it that my brother in law had it working with, so I am not sure what other firmware/driver updates it needs to work properly.
System info:
Dell Poweredge R510 (12 drive) with 6 1TB drives
BIOS 1.14.0
RAM: 16 GB ECC DDR3 1333 MHz
2 x Xeon X5560
Boot Drive USB with TrueNAS Core 13
Perc H200I
LSI v7.11.10.00
FW 20.00.07.00-IT
NVDATA 14.01.00.08
