i`m noob about freenas, so please tell me.

check using shell.

btw this hd running 3 year 24 hour non stop without single trouble

Do you have SMART tests scheduled on all the drives? If so, I wouldn't worry, but might check cables. It looks like that drive may have dropped offline and come back.

If you don't have SMART tests scheduled, run a short SMART test on all drives right away and then look at the results for the drive that had the error. Also make sure you have scrub scheduled.

Your pool is fine. Check the SMART data for the offending drive and we can work from there.
