Critical error (Device: /dev/sda [SAT], 80 Currently unreadable (pending) sectors.)

I have issue with HDD and SSD drives. All start with updating Plex server and never get up running (Kubernetes won't start)after the update i get critical error: Device: /dev/sda [SAT], 80 Currently unreadable (pending) sectors. Now I get lot of these errors ( almost on all drives ). I want replace one of HDD to find if problem is int the drives and I can't change them i always get an error or failed. I am new in this and I need help. Can it be bad CPU or motherboard? or something else?

I have custom Server pc:

• Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 950 @ 3.07GHz
• motherboard MSI MS-7520
• GPU GTX1660
• 4x Seagate BarraCuda 2TB
• 3xSSD (cash and boot drives)
• 16GiB Ram kingston
• TrueNAS-SCALE-22.12.1

My system works just fine after installation Scale. Problem start after I update Plex.
