Creating a strip with two raid-z vdev's

Hi, I'm planning on creating a strip with two raid-z vdev's.
I have 6 HDD's, the strip is to get some speed and the raid-z is for redundancy so one drive in each vdev can fail.
More redundancy is not a problem because the nas will shut down if a driver fails.
But I'm not sure that I’m doing the setup right, I have a screenshot but there is nothing telling me that the vdev’s are a strip.
Or is it the only possibility? Can you make a mirror with two vdev’s? and how do you see that it is a mirror in Truenas 12.0?
Here is screenshot from a Vmware test that I did, is this the right setup for striped vdev's?

When there are multiple vdevs in ZFS, they are always striped.

No. Redundancy happens within vdevs, not across them.
