I successfully set up my TrueNas interface and it's working fine with the local network. Now I need to access my data online like a cloud. Is this possible? and How?

Yes.

Nextcloud is probably the first thing you should be looking at.

Then you can think about other services you might want to share out and using things like a reverse proxy (nginX, Traefik, Caddy) for those too.

Perhaps you either didn't mount the storage in the right place in the jail or you need to investigate the permissions. (nextcloud runs as www-data I think)

www on FreeBSD by default unless @danb35 changed it. www-data exists only on Linux.
