Hello,
using freeNAS 9.10
I wanted to try out the crashplan plugin and after installing the plugin, when I want to switch to the installed plugins tab an error message is displayed and I can't manage all of my installed plugins any more. console output is:

Jul 13 15:43:21 freenas manage.py: [freeadmin.navtree:577] Couldn't retrieve https://192.168.10.100/plugins/crashplan/3/_s/treemenu: ('timed out',)
Jul 13 15:45:02 freenas manage.py: [plugins.utils:91] Couldn't retrieve https://192.168.10.100/plugins/crashplan/3/_s/status: HTTP Error 503: OK

So, how can I remove that crashplan plugin now?

Huh, interesting. I've never used plugins, only jails. Plugins are jails, which is surprising it doesn't work.

yes, I am aware of that; I am also quite sure I could delete that jail on the shell but the plugin environment at GUI level would still not work. So I wanted to know where this config is stored, try to rollback a snapshot of my system dataset? editing some config file somewhere?

Is there an IP conflict with 192.168.10.100? Is that IP reserved on your DHCP server/router so another system or jail doesn't try to grab it?

Also, what is the output of ifconfig (in code tags)?

thanks for your answer, there was no IP conflict and the IP is reserved for my FreeNAS box, I was however able to delete the plugin via the GUI when I accessed it via the IP and not it's hostname. So this issue is resolved, thank you.
