Even 50 degrees Celsius should be plenty good, but cooler is better. That said, you should be aiming at keeping disk temperatures down, not CPU temperatures.
I aim for 35C on the HDD. The temps on the 10 HDD range from 32 to 37. Just never been sure on the cpu. The specs on intels website aren’t straight forward.
Intel lists absolute maximums around 95 degrees Celsius for most parts. I'm not sure they qualify their parts with life expectancy vs temperature curves.
