Cloud Sync not including folders

I have setup a new Truenas Scale system(TrueNAS-SCALE-22.12.0). I am attempting to setup a weekly Cloud Sync for the first time with Truesnas Scale.

I have one dataset with a few files and folders in it. When set to a push sync the files go just fine but the folders never do.

I have tried this with both Mega and Backblaze accounts.

I just tested it on my older truenas core server and it is doing the same thing. I must be missing something simple.

I watched a lawrencesystems video on setting up a sync to backblaze and his folders moved over just fine.

Feeling pretty dumb...
