CIFS Sharing permissions

Hello All.

I have upgraded to 8 (eventually).... I am having problems with my sharing permissions, I want to achieve the following;

Users

MediaAdmin >>> Read Write to the Media folder
User1 >>>> Read Write to User1 folder Read only to Media Folder
User2 >>>> Read Write to User2 Folder Read only to Media Folder


File Structure;
/mnt/2tb/Media
/mnt/2tb/User1
/mnt/2tb/User2
/mnt/2tb/NetShare (all users have read write access)

I keep getting stuck please advise permissions and group settings. I keep going around in circles.
