Change ZFS dataset quota?

Hi there--silly question but I couldn't find anything on the web...Can you change the size of a quota after creating it without destroying data?

Yes, you can lower or remove the quota at any time.

Obviously lowering the quota below what the dataset is currently using would be bad.
