Cant View directories on plugins such as sabnzd,couch potato

So for the last week ive read various guides trying to setup my nas system to automate TV and movie downloading but when I try and locate the directories I wish to save them in, I just get this

I can access the folders on my laptop via CFIS just not when trying to locate them for plugins such as couchpotato

Does anyone have any idea, this is honestly making me go insane! :|

Just checked and yes thats all done, still not showing the directories :/

What is the Source and Destination of the Add Storage?

The source is /mnt/tank/media/movies

destination /media/

I don't. There's so many ways to get it wrong it's kind of hard to identify what you are doing wrong. :(

Is there any likely thing it could be that would cause directories to not show on the menus ? D:

Got it too show the folders, now the issue is with sickbeard not letting me add shows :/
