freenas forgetting permissions

im no freenas expert , so i need help with a weird problem i have.

current setup for a small stream , file server

8GB ram , 2x1TB hdd , 320gb , 250 gb ,quad core cpu @3ghz
running FreeNAS-9.3-STABLE-201506162331

ive setup the nas with the 2x1tb in stripe
and the 2smaller ones as single disks.
all unix permissions

directory structure.
2TB: /mnt/documents/{movies,series,pictures,music}
320GB: /mnt/downloads
250Gb: /mnt/{torrents,incomplete}
with transmission , couchpotato, sickrage, plex, headphones

and a couple of cfis shares to the documents , movies , etc..
everything was working perfectly until today , all of a sudden i cant do anything on the documents share (incl. the sub directories.
i can see them i can run my movies , pictures or music from them , but when i try to copy , delete or create directories on them i dont have permission . this just happened out of nowhere.

its just a small homeserver so evertying is set to nobody,nogroup , permissions in the different plugins are set to 0777

the little disks are just working perfect i can do anything on them , its just the big volume that does this.

don't mix very easily.

Use Windows permissions with CIFS shares unless you know exactly what you're doing.

i kinda figured that.
but that doesnt explain why the cfis share download on the little disk keeps working perfectly and the 5 shares on the big disk just "forgets"the permission even though they worked.
and now suddenly the permissions are gone.

alrdy tried to redo the permissions but they just dont stick nomatter what i do.
