Can't see share on Windows 7

Yes, yet another one of these I'm afraid....
None of the past threads I've found helped me.

Because yes, I can see the NAS in my web browser but no, I can't access it through typing \\IP\Sharename in Explorer.
It also can't be related to workgroup names because there are no workgroup names in the current version of FreeNAS.

Does anyone have an idea what else I could try?

Try disabling firewall in windows

Disclaimer: I do not use windows to access my FreeNAS shares.

When I have seen other threads about this problem (or something very similar) it has many times been some type of AV program or the windows firewall. You said you already checked the windows firewall, do you have any AV program installed?

I have (Comodo) - but I disabled that as well.
