Hi,
First of all, I apologize for my poor English and poor knowledge. I try to reach my freenas but do not succeed. I have tried with chrome and firefox, same problem, the NAS can not be reached. Have tried 9) Shell, Host name lookup failure. I would be very grateful if someone could help me. As I said, I'm bad at this, so describe clearly what I should do, please. Thank you for your time.

Welcome to the forums.

Please tell us about your network configuration - what is your gateway IP, is DHCP active in your router, what is your PC's IP address, what IP address is the TrueNAS/FreeNAS console telling you is active for the TrueNAS/FreeNAs GUI?

What version of FreeNAS/TrueNAS are you using? Has your system ever worked correctly (is the access problem new)?

Did you enter your nertwork gateway address correctly on the Network page when configuring your FreeNAS/TrueNAS installation?

Thanks for your reply. How do I get all this information? I have a monitor connected to my freenas. I enclose a picture of what my screen looks like now and the right ping picture, happened to attach the wrong picture in my question. The NAS has worked flawlessly but then we had it with my son and everything worked first but then he said he could not find it and left it with me and I have the same problem.

go through and reset your gateway and subnet (192.168.1.1 & 255.255.255.0) and see if you can reach it ..

How many network interfaces does your server have? ..if more than 1, are you plugged into the correct one?
