Do you have internet access from within TrueNAS? You do not seem to have any network properties configured for the jail.

If you don't want to use DHCP for your jail you need to specifically set IP address, default gateway and the resolver entries manually.
Second I would recommend not to use the plugin but @danb35's script instead.

You dont see because the message error hide it, but i have define an IPv4 (192.168.0.150)

Why you recommend the @danb35's script instead ?

Because the plugin is frequently causing problems when people want to update their Nextcloud installation. The plugin gets updated far less frequently than upstream Nextcloud it seems.

But if you want to try - did you also set a defaultrouter and a nameserver? Because the error message hints that the latter might be missing.

This only means TrueNAS has a connection to the internet. You don't have internet access within the jail. either DHCP or NAT. I would recommend using DHCP to start with to get an IP directly from your router. Personally, i prefer a dedicated IP for Nextcloud rather than sharing it with TrueNAS.

You need to click on "Advanced Plugin Installation". In "Basic Properties" there is the "IPv4 default router" field. And in the "Network Properties" there is the "Resolver" field that takes a string like "nameserver 1.2.3.4" if your nameserver is 1.2.3.4.

Specifying your IP address manually instead of DHCP or NAT is considered "advanced"

Hello everyone
I confirm that I have same issue.
So while waiting for plugin issue to be resolved I found somewhat easy solution to this.
I created linux virtual machine on my truenas, downloaded and installed ubuntu latest servers release (server not desktop version) which will offer to install nextcloud while installing ubuntu server. it needs little console knowledge, but you can install GUI if you have hard time using commands. all I did after installation was done ran following commands:1. sudo apt-get update 2. sudo apt-get upgrade 3. sudo reboot (at this point NextCloud was running successfully). if you still want GUI for your ubuntu you can do following command 4. sudo apt-get install kde-plasma-desktop or sudo apt-get install xubuntu-core or any your favorite GUI and reboot again.
to be hones I think I’d rather run this way now on then use plugin. hope this helps anyone having this issue
