Can't find iso for installation

Hi everyone.
I hope I'm not just having a brain fart, but I can't find the iso to install 11.1. Following the link in the users guide, there's only a tar file. I've DL'ed that and the hash matches. I extracted using 7zip, but the only thing in there is FreeNAS-11.1-RELEASE-manual-update - with no file extension. I added the .iso extension, but the MS USB/DVD Download Tool just says it's invalid.

What am I doing wrong?
