can't access plex server remotely

Hi.

I having some problems with accessing my plex server remotely.
I have forwarded port 32400 and using this web site: http://www.canyouseeme.org/ I can see that my port is open. I am new to freenas and realy dont know where to start.. so I will appreciate all the help I can get.

This is not a freenas issue. If it were, it would be a configuration issue on your part. So you either need to figure out your configuration issue or take up your problem with the Plex support forums.
