Cant Access 1 Folder

im not sure what I did but I have about 7 folders on my box but, for some reason I cant access 1 folder that I had shared on my pc and ftp...I see that the storage size is the same but, Im not sure what I did 2 mess it up...TIA
I see the folder in my cifs on win7 box but I cant go in it :(
I restored a db backup file from the 9th and I still cant access this one folder...

how? I've had the same issue for a while. At 1 point I went root and changedal permissions to 777 and now I can't access anything.
