Have you created an account on TruNAS with the same name as the Windows Account that is accessing the share?
Have you granted that account access to the share?

If it were a Windows machine, you would have to do the same.

I connect the drive by login with different credentials
I have granted that account full access to the share

The TrueNAS account can't be a root account. The symptoms are of a rights issue. Go into the shares section and then the SMB shares. On the right side click the three vertical dots. Select Edit Filesystem ACL. This is where you give accounts and groups rights. Verify what is there.

Good luck,
