Setting up the right permissions

Hello,

I have read allot about how to set up the right permissions, but i can't get it working.
I have several people who want to acces te NAS, but not everyone has the same rights.

I have 6 zvol volumes:
-Images
-Videos
-Movies
-TV shows
-Downloads (used to share files between everyone && download map torrentserver)
- Documents parents
- Music

I want to share these through CIFS and FTP (windows & linux pc's)

- me: acces to every dir with r/w
- parents : acces to every dir with r and acces to Documents Parents with r/w
- torrentserver: acces to downloads r/w
- friend from outside: music r
- friend from outside: movies r
- htpc: images, videos, movies, tvshows and music with r/w

But i can't get it working with al the different r/w acces. I can not simply add a user to a ZVOL volume and set the right permissions.

I hope someone could help me.
