Cannot type anything in the in-browsers console

Since upgrading to 8.3 x64 Beta3 I cannot use in browser console. It starts up, however, everything is grayish colour and no keystrokes are accepted.

Connecting PuTTY over SSH works remotely though.

Anyone experiencing the same problem?

hmm, after third or fourth restart, now I can use it, very weird...
