Cannot start any plugins

Hi Community,

I have installed a new instance of FreeNAS for a friend and am now trying to get some plugins working (next cloud to start with) it seems to install correctly but when I turn it on I get

Some error occured

the machine specs are:
Build FreeNAS-9.10.1 (d989edd)
Platform Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6500 CPU @ 3.20GHz
Memory 8039MB

Please let me know what other information is required and I will update my signature accordingly for future posts (I won't have physical access to the machine until Friday)

I have already tried installing other plugins but encounter the same issue.

As this machine is empty I am happy to provide login details if it helps diagnose.

You should check your jails have working networking. From a plugin jail can you ping another computer on the network?
