Cannot connect to NAS after, possibly, failed plugin install

I have been unable to install the Cashplan plugin. I have tried on 9.2 and 9.1. Every time, I attempt to install the plugin it fails after 75% and crashes. On 9.1 i got a permissions error on the jail ( i think creation). I have read the threads whith people having issues connecting, but i dont see anyone commenting that they straight up cannot install.

After the attempted install i loose all connectivity. even reseting the net interface proves useless. Has anyone seen this problem before?

Once the installation fails, you need to remove all the leftovers manually before trying again: Delete the plugin if it's listed under installed plugins, delete the jail if it's there and delete the dataset if it's there.

I have no connectivity to the box via the webGUI. Is there a command line way to remove installed plugins and jail?. why is it not downloading correctly in the first place?
