Can I upgrade to 64 bit?

In my excitement to install FreeNAS I overlooked the download for 64 bit. I have already installed the 32bit version and have mounted 3 drives and have already saved data to these drives. Is it posible for me to install the 64 bit version, save all my settings and import into the 64 bit version? And of course not lose any data?
