can i change usb stick that contain freenas os into other pc?

my freenas is installed inside usb stick, can i change that usb stick into other computer and then upload configuration webgui at different harddisk.
will it work normaly or will get any error? or i need to reinstall the freenas in the new pc?

1) Create a configuration backup.
2) Install FreeNAS to new hard drive.
3) Restore configuration file.
4) Depending on the NIC you may need to reconfigure the Network Interface.

That is all. If you were using the same Flash drive, just move the flash drive over, no configuration changes required except the NIC possibly.
