I have btsync jail setup and working OK, but the performance is rather low.
It varies between 100KByte/sec to 300-400KByte/sec when downloading. I have 100Mbit cable and can regularly max it with good old FTP or a decent size torrent swarm :) I'm not expecting it to max out but right now its only using between 1M-5Mbit total bandwidth.
Any tips or hints? I know its not a general network or WAN issue ass I can max out gigabit copying CIFs to/from LAN (from mounted jail folders including the one that btsync is using), and I know my WAN goes up to 100Mbit for sure. Its also not the far end as thats a seedbox so I've seen how fast it can upload :) Can't find anything obvious in reporting either (CPU, IO etc. - like I said the box can saturate gigabit so I doubt its resource constrained when its maxing out at 5Mbit!!!)
