Broken drive?

Hello,
last night i got an email so today i started google and i was suppose to do a smartctl -x /dev/daX and found three error on the drive.
Anything I can do or should i put my spare-drive in and toss the old one away?

I would install the spare at this point.
The used drive may still be in warranty. You should investigate that before discarding it.
You should configure your server to run periodic SMART tests. It doesn't look like that is happening.
