Boot Volume Degraded + Other Misc. Issues

I ran into this issue before and replaced the USB stick and resilvered the boot volume. I am now having the issue again... but this time my FreeNAS web interface is not loading properly (sometimes will not load at all) and other services like CIFS/SMB and SSH are also not functioning.

Any help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. My plugins are still running fine and accessible via their respective web GUIs but I cannot access my file shares via SMB...

What browser are you using?

I am using Chrome... using IE makes the WebGUI load better sometimes but I never had an issue previously with Chrome.

Thank you. That explains the WebGUI frustrations. I think the remaining issues are due to the boot media... I am ordering new USB drives and will re-build my boot volume once they arrive.

I also plan to use different USB ports and new style USB drive from SanDisk in attempt to prevent this from happening again.
