Blank Interface

Hello; When I open my Settings tab or Network tab the pages are blank even after rebooting and other browsers...
What do you figure the issue is?

If you search the forums for various browser names you'll see that some versions of some browsers are problematic. Does clearing the browser cache and cookies resolve it?
