I am new to using FreeNAS and having an issue with the FreeNAS web interface.

I am installing FreeNAS 8.0.2 i386 into a Virtual Box Machine and the install runs fine. Due to issues with the web interface and the IP given, I have to configure the network interface for IPv4. The Virtual Box shows up on my network connections so when configuring the network interface I set it to the VB's IP and Subnet Mask. This gives me the network connection's IP in FreeNAS and states that the connection is accepted and restarted. The trouble I have is after this, when putting in the IP into Firefox. The browser accepts the IP but the web browser shows a blank page, nothing but white. I have consulted web pages that gave the info for setting a static IP but none state anything about the page coming up blank.

For Virtual Box settings I set to BSD - FreeBSDx64 for the operating system, 512mb in RAM, the network connection is NAT or Bridged (I have tried both).

Any help on how to deal with the blank web browser issue would be greatly appreciated.
