Hello,
I put in raid 1, two disks of 2 tera, I apply the plug-in Jail of the list;
1 / I mark as source: the 2 tera
2 / I mark a destination of 40 giga.

>> problem: the 2 full disks 2 tera become the prison!

How should you proceed to allocate a 40 giga prison?
do you have a configuration link?
I use FreeNAS 11 U2

Unfortunately your written English is poor so understanding what you have done and what you want to do are very difficult. Could you reword this and be a bit more descriptive?

Here is what I think I understand:
1) You created a RAIDZ1 of two 2TB hard drives which is basically a STRIPE.
2) You created some jail but I'm unsure how you created it, but it should be a "warden" jail since you stated you used FreeNAS 11.0-U2.
3) You think you set aside 40GB of drive space for a jail you created. I have no idea how you managed to set aside a specific size for a jail.

Other notes: Please use correct terminilogy for FreeNAS/FreeBSD such as a "jail" is not a prison, "RAIDZ1" is not raid 1. You may have meant to say you created a RAID 1 which is a "MIRROR" in FreeNAS. Terminoligy can make or break helping someone as we make assumptions based on we are talking the same language.

I'm sure someone can answer your question once we have a better undestanding of what is going on and what you feel is a problem.
