Basic Question: How to install apps that aren't on the catalog (Rclone etc)

I am fully new to TrueNAS Scale. I installed it as I saw it had support for apps etc. It has most of what I need besides NZBHydra2 and RClone. Now Being completely new I have no idea where to being to get these installed.

Is there a way I can add the docker image straight from hub.docker.com or pull it from github? Or does anyone know of alternative catalogs? I apologize for such a simple questions but I really don't know where to start.

I've tried to do this but it will not let me change the version. Its stuck on 2304.0.7 - also would just adding "https://hub.docker.com/r/rclone/rclone" as the repo work?? Like not just for RCLONE but for any application in general. Sorry to keep asking these questions but I'm having trouble finding anyone talking about these kinds of things.

When I add it, it just shows as "Deploying" when checking the logs it says "no logs yet"
